Nicole Scroggins

Nicole Scroggins currently serves as the Director of Contracts and Compliance for Military Health at International SOS since October 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Director of Contracts at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc. from May 2021 to October 2024, overseeing the management of various corporate contracting practices. Nicole's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Vectrus from January 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included support for diverse FAR-based services contracts. Prior to that, from September 2000 to January 2019, Nicole worked at KBR, Inc., initially as a Project Coordinator and later advancing to Senior Contracts Manager, managing the life cycle of significant service contracts. Nicole began the professional journey in the United States Air Force as a Manpower & Quality Officer from June 1996 to September 2000, focusing on contract planning and manpower resource management. Educational achievements include a Master's in the Study of Law with a focus on Government Contracts and Procurement from the University of Dayton and a BBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
