Lenka Staviany

Lenka Staviany is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Research, Transfer and Cooperation Team at Středočeské inovační centrum since January 2020, where the focus is on transfer and commercialization support for research organizations in Central Bohemia. Lenka has also held roles such as Research Innovation Manager and RIS3 Developer, contributing to strategic interventions and long-term relationships with research institutions. In addition to expertise in research and development, Lenka has served as an Officiating Ambassador for the International Tennis Federation, promoting gender equality in tennis. A seasoned international tennis referee, Lenka has officiated major tournaments globally. Previous experience includes project coordination at Medtronic and project management at Cassovia Life Sciences, with a strong background in event coordination and stakeholder engagement. Lenka holds degrees in Experimental Biology and Pharmaceutical Assistance from institutions in the Czech Republic.
