Victor Gulele

Victor Gulele has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Victor began their career as an Internal Controller at UNIÃO GERAL DAS COOPERATIVAS (UGC), SCRL from October 1994 to September 2000. Victor then went on to work as a Planning & Control Supervisor at BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACO MOÇAMBIQUE from October 2000 to February 2007. Gulele joined Heifer International and held the position of Finance and Administration Director from March 2007 to December 2010. Following this, they served as Operations Compliance Director at Heifer International from January 2011 to March 2012. Victor further honed their financial skills as a Financial & Accounting Professional at N/A Independent from May 2012 onwards. Gulele then joined USAID Mozambique as a Financial Analyst in October 2013, and worked there until April 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Director at the International Training & Education Center for Health (I-TECH) since June 2014.

Victor Gulele obtained a Certificate in Accounting from the Commercial Institute of Maputo in 1999. Victor went on to complete their Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Politecnica in Maputo, Mozambique, from 2000 to 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Treasure Management and Financial Investments from CEPADE-Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
