Aji Rahim

Aji Rahim has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the transportation and logistics industry. Aji is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at International Transportation Service, LLC since October 2021. Previously, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at PSA Halifax from 2019 to 2020 and in a Senior Management role at Halterm Container Terminal Ltd from 2016 to 2019. Aji also served as the Acting Chief Operations Officer at DP World, Port of Aktau in 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of GM - Planning and Production at APM Terminals from 2008 to 2015. Aji also has experience in business improvement and operations management roles at EDS, India and Ocwen Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Aji began their career as the Director of Operations at Garden City Granite Exports Ltd and later worked as an Operations Manager at Kanoo Travels.

Aji Rahim has a diverse education history. In 1991-1994, Aji completed a Diploma in Airline Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Osmania University. In 2005-2006, Aji attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and obtained a GMP ITES degree in IT. In 2007-2008, Aji pursued an IMBA degree in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and also completed a Part IMBA in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In 2008, Aji obtained a Diploma in Port Management and General Management from Lloyds Maritime Academy. Aji furthered their education in 2010-2012, earning an International Masters in Practising Management from Lancaster University. Aji also holds various additional certifications such as Lean Management, Master Black Belt Six Sigma, MBA, Change Leader, OSHAS Auditor, ISO Quality systems auditor, Nebosh, Factory Physics Trained from institutions including Japan and the USA.
