Jessie Wong Ling Ai

Jessie Wong Ling Ai serves as the Co-Managing Director at Nucleate Singapore since August 2023 and holds positions as Director of Programmes & Education (Podcast) and Regional Leader for the IUBMB Trainee Initiative in Asia & Oceania, also serving as the Social Media Lead for the initiative. Since August 2020, Jessie has been a Doctoral Student at Duke-NUS Medical School, while also mentoring as a Graduate Mentor and contributing as an Undergraduate Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore. Additional experience includes co-founding the peer-to-peer pet service platform PORO, interning in business development at Precision Medical, and conducting research at various institutions. Jessie obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing a PhD in Integrated Biology and Medicine at Duke-NUS Medical School.
