Jeff Hochberg

Jeff is Senior Director, Products and Programs at IWBI, where he provides technical and strategic support to global organizations pursuing WELL at scale, as they seek to advance building performance, improve occupant well-being, and build an inclusive culture of health at their workplaces.

Prior to joining IWBI, Jeff was a Senior Consultant and team leader for the Healthy Building Solutions team at Catalyst Partners, where he served as WELL subject matter expert for the firm’s internal and client facing teams and worked to grow the firm’s service lines in WELL.

Jeff also served for over a decade as Client Analytics Manager at Quest Diagnostics where he focused on strategic consulting with Fortune 500 clients of Quest’s Population Health Solutions Division. Jeff led consultative discussions with client health & benefits consultants and C-Suite officers outlining the value proposition and strategic advantages their organizations could realize through actions taken to improve the health and well-being of their workforces.

Earlier in his career, Jeff served as Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Alliance, a regional not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to health care for Tampa Bay’s 400,000+ working but uninsured residents. Jeff helped to bring together area healthcare & community service organizations, and the region’s Federally Qualified Health Centers to open new avenues of care to this underserved population. Jeff established key partnerships with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Florida Blue Foundation, and the Bay Care Foundation to bring awareness and funding to the region with TBA being selected as one of RWJF’s national ‘Covered the Uninsured Week’ campaign partners.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Sports Medicine from Rice University, and his master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arizona at Tucson. Jeff has earned his WELL AP and LEED GA credentials, as well as a certificate in ESG Impact & Sustainable Investment from the Center for Sustainability and Excellence and serves on the WELL Faculty.
