Kristen Janousek

Kristen Janousek’s role on the International WELL Building Institute’s Commercial team draws upon her education and experience in public health, health promotion research and implementation science. Kristen provides technical support to organizations who are pursuing the WELL Health-Safety Rating and other WELL offerings. Additionally, Kristen manages sales processes across the Commercial team.

Kristen holds a BA in Health, Medicine & Society from Lehigh University and an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. At Mailman, Kristen researched how health promotion strategies could be implemented into design & operations of public housing. Prior to joining the IWBI team, Kristen supported school-based health equity initiatives at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and managed a team of patient navigators at a community health clinic in Bethlehem, PA.
