Allie Kemp

Allie joined IWBI in 2020 after working for non-profits, small business owners and most recently with a leading multi-family residential property management firm. Allie is recognized for her positive attitude and personalized approach to supporting the WELL community so people can thrive in the spaces and places where they live, work, learn and play.

One of Allie’s favorite WELL features is Mind Feature M02 - which provides a connection to nature and place through natural elements, culture and celebration - and she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She also volunteers in her local community supporting initiatives that focus on serving women and children in need.

Allie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from West Chester University and is former PR chair of the Abbé Society, an organization of women leaders, recognized by The House of Representatives and The Senate of Pennsylvania, dedicated to serving the community.
