Victor Maningo

VP, Global Market Development, Asia Pacific at International WELL Building Institute

Victor is a trained architect with over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate including architecture, construction, workplace design and account management for a diverse portfolio of global Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to joining IWBI, Victor has spent more than a decade in Asia Pacific working in global management positions. His most recent role was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Haworth responsible for APAC, Middle East and Africa where he developed go-to-market strategies and alliances to provide holistic workplace solutions. Victor also held positions as Global Account Manager and General Sales Manager at Haworth, developing strategic client relationships and opening new offices in both Indonesia and the Philippines.

Victor first arrived in Asia in 2007 as an Associate and architectural lead at AECOM, where he led development of the company’s architectural studio in China, based out of Shanghai. His professional experience in architecture includes a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from university campuses to large-scale assembly spaces. He also has extensive experience in civic facilities and high-end residential projects.

Victor is a WELL and LEED accredited professional and is passionate about creating highly effective, sustainable, and healthy work environments that prioritize people and the environment. Victor has recently attained his Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and Masters of Corporate Real Estate in Workplace (MCR.w). He holds a Bachelor Degree of Art in Design from California State University, Los Angeles and is a member of CoreNet Global and USGBC.
