Lauren Miska

Lauren Miska is the SVP, General Counsel, and CCO at ISG, where she is responsible for the legal and compliance functions of the organization, including — but not limited to — contracts, corporate governance, licensing, compliance, and company legal matters.

Lauren joined ISG in 2012 as General Counsel; in 2017, her role expanded into General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; in 2018, Lauren became SVP, General Counsel, and CCO, with the additional responsibility of overseeing HR. As ISG continues to rapidly grow, Lauren and her team ensure that the company offers the consumer clients the products and services they need, while doing so in compliance with the partners’ requirements and any federal, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations.

Prior to ISG, Lauren served as Corporate Counsel for, at the time, the third-largest healthcare staffing firm in the country. Lauren received a BA from Ohio University, and JD from Roger Williams University. She’s also licensed to practice law in Illinois and an Authorized House Counsel in Florida.
