David Meiser

David Meiser is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product engineering, cloud integration, and architectural design. Currently serving as a Product Engineer at Interoperability Institute, David leads cross-functional teams in the development of SaaS Health Information Exchange solutions. Previously, David held various positions at Progenity, Inc., including Solutions Architect and Linux Engineer, where responsibilities included creating IT architectures and managing enterprise-level strategies. Earlier roles included Network Engineer at Tech Impact and IT management positions in educational settings, enhancing technology infrastructures and implementing strategic initiatives. David holds a PhD in Global Leadership from Troy University and an MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin, along with a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering and a B.A. in Religious Studies.
