Susanne Reilly, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience in leadership and talent management roles. Susanne has served as a Member at Chief, a private network focused on supporting women leaders. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Interpace Biosciences, they led the talent-centric HR function and aligned people operations with strategic business needs. Their career began at Avaya, where they served as the Vice President and Executive Director of Global Leadership Talent Management, implementing a talent management platform and creating an inclusive employee experience.

Susanne Reilly, PhD has a diverse education history. Susanne attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the Advanced Leadership Program. Additionally, they obtained their PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Prior to these achievements, they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honor in Psychology as a Presidential Scholar from Saint Elizabeth University.
