Bassil Dabdoub

Bassil Dabdoub has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Bassil started their career at KPMG UK in 2015 as an HR Assistant and gradually advanced to become a Senior HR Assistant, HR Advisor, and HR Team Leader. In 2020, they joined Harrods as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR Operations at Interpath Advisory. Prior to this role, they were the HR Operations Lead at the same company.

Bassil Dabdoub completed a degree in Human Resource Management at Kingston University from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, Dabdoub pursued a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. In 2022 to 2023, Dabdoub studied Digital Transformation in HR at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2023, Dabdoub also completed a program in Business Analytics at Harvard Business School, as well as certifications in PRINCE2 Agile and LEAN Six Sigma, specifically Yellow & Green Belt.
