Jack Shelgren, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jack currently works as a Sr. Strategic Account Executive at Interplay Learning, where they solve client problems by connecting them with the world's only 3D simulation and Virtual Reality training for skilled trades. Jack has expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, multifamily maintenance, solar, and more. Prior to this, Jack worked at Abroad as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Special Projects, where they planned and implemented a virtual four-month wellbeing program for the New Zealand entrepreneurial ecosystem. Jack also managed fundraising and marketing channels, communicated with senior government stakeholders, and presented project-related information to senior leadership. Additionally, Jack worked as a Leasing Manager at COFE Properties, overseeing leasing and tenant operations for income-producing commercial real estate assets. Jack has experience working with cross-functional teams and overseeing the firm's cash flow operations. Jack also has a background in real estate acquisition and management, having worked as an Associate at Freeman Property Group and as a Financial Analyst at Avison Young, where they created valuations of assets and developed offering memoranda. During their time at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Jack held leadership positions such as President of the Graduate Business Student Association, Editor in Chief of the Miami Herbert Real Estate Newsletter, and MBA Cohort Representative. Jack also gained experience in retail leasing at Azor Advisory Services, assisting with leasing efforts for a shopping center portfolio in South Florida. In addition to their professional experience, Jack is also a co-founder of Hooligans Movement, a company they started during their undergraduate studies. Jack also worked as a Team Lead at JoyRun, where they managed operations and developed strategic partnerships. Jack Shelgren, MBA, completed their education at various institutions. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Prior to that, they studied at the Florida State University - College of Business from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship. In addition, in 2014, they pursued a minor in Computer Science at Florida State University. Furthermore, in 2013, they served as a Teaching Assistant to Professor Quark at the Bandito School of Physics and Cosmology, although no specific degree was obtained during that time.

Aside from their formal education, Jack Shelgren also obtained various certifications. In April 2019, they completed the Advanced Argus certification at Altus Group, and in December 2018, they completed the Intro to Argus certification at the same institution. Additionally, in August 2018, they received the REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate - Levels 1, 2 & 3 with Distinction from REFM. Furthermore, in July 2018, they obtained a Real Estate License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
