Alastair Procter

Alastair Procter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across various organizations. Currently serving as SVP, Strategic HR Operations at Interpublic Group since April 2021, Alastair co-leads HR transformation initiatives globally. Previously, Alastair held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Mediabrands for nearly a decade, overseeing a global talent strategy for around 12,500 employees. Alastair has also worked in key HR positions at Universal McCann, Barclays, Universal Music Group, Forte Hotels, and InterContinental Hotels Group, demonstrating a strong ability to implement strategic HR functions, optimize organizational performance, and drive digital transformation. Alastair holds a Master of Arts in French and Spanish from the University of St Andrews, along with qualifications in Coaching and Human Resource Management.
