Ken Lareau is IPG’s SVP, Global Executive Compensation and Benefits. In this role, Ken is responsible for the design and administration of the global network’s short-term and long-term incentive plans and corporate governance activities, including support of the Compensation and Leadership Talent Committee of IPG’s Board of Directors. He also oversees network-wide compensation projects and collaborates with agency leadership to address executive compensation issues. Ken is also responsible for the assessment, design, and administration of IPG’s health and wellness (benefits) programs as well as IPG’s savings plan.
Ken started his tenure with IPG in 2005 at Draftfcb, focusing on broad-based compensation. After spending 4 years at the agency level, he joined IPG Corporate in 2009 as Director of Global Executive Compensation, shifting his focus to executive compensation and incentive design. In 2014, Ken added benefits to his remit and now oversees the Global Executive Compensation and Global Benefits functions for IPG’s network of agencies.
Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and his Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
