Surabhi Saxena

Surabhi Saxena is an accomplished marketing strategist and brand evangelist with extensive experience in media planning and strategy development. Currently serving as Director of Strategy at Initiative since December 2018, Surabhi leads a strategic unit to deliver marketing and communication solutions that align with business KPIs and brand objectives. Prior positions include Associate Director and Group Head at Mindshare, where expertise in 360-degree media plans and collaboration with YUM brand managers was demonstrated. Surabhi's career began with roles in media planning and client servicing at companies like Percept Ltd and Aegis Media/GMG, contributing to significant campaigns and gaining recognition for creative output. Surabhi holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Pune University and a PGDM + PGPM from the University of Pune, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
