Ted Stratman

Ted Stratman is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Partner and Investment Sales Broker at Interra Realty LLC since October 2010. At Interra, the focus is on the disposition of Multi-Family and Mixed Use properties in the Chicagoland area, with a strong emphasis on providing extensive research services to clients to aid in informed investment decisions. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Sales Analyst at Essex Realty Group from October 2009 to October 2010 and in Commercial Real Estate Lending at US Bank from April 2008 to May 2009. Ted Stratman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University and is an alumnus of Omaha Creighton Prep.
