Jan S. Øinæs

Jan S. Øinæs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and management consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Board Member at Agile Executive Search since August 2012, Øinæs also holds the position of Global Head of Energy, Mining and Natural Resources and Regional Leader for Investment, Economic Development & Financial Services at InterSearch. Previous roles include Chairman of the Board at Niels Juels Gate 51 AS and various consulting positions at Human Capital Recruitment, Korn/Ferry Futurestep, and Robert Half International. Øinæs has a solid educational background with an MBA in Finance & Investments from the European School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University. Additionally, Øinæs completed Sub-Lieutenant training at the Royal Norwegian Coastal Artillery Officer Training School.
