Steven Chen

Steven Chen has a diverse work experience in the medical device and biotechnology industry. Steven started their career in 2016 at Anatomage Inc. as a Production Lab Technician, where they fabricated class I medical devices following SOPs and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at ProteinSimple as a Production Chemist, formulating biochemical reagents and meeting ISO 9001 quality standards. In 2020, they joined Second Source Medical LLC as a Quality Assurance Inspector, responsible for performing inspections, generating Non-Conformance Reports, and conducting failure analysis investigations in compliance with ISO 13485. In 2021, they moved to Intersect ENT, Inc as a Quality Assurance Engineer II - Systems, where they focused on quality assurance for medical device systems. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Medtronic as a Quality Engineer II.

Steven Chen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they attended from 2012 to 2016.
