Ci Ci Holloway, SPHR, CCDP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Currently, they serve as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at Intersection Co., where they are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resource and diversity strategy. Prior to this role, Ci Ci was the Head of People, Culture and Talent at CSM Sport & Entertainment, where they provided strategic guidance to the executive team and aligned the People & Talent strategy with the company's objectives. Ci Ci also held the position of VP Human Resources and Diversity at Lincoln Financial Media, where they managed the HR and diversity initiatives for multiple radio and digital media stations. Furthermore, Ci Ci worked as a Senior Architect, People and Culture at TheSocialArchitects, overseeing talent acquisition and development strategies across different regions. Ci Ci also held leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, Paramount Pictures, Spelling Entertainment Group, Inc., and Viacom, where they contributed to the development and implementation of various HR programs and initiatives. Ci Ci Holloway, SPHR, CCDP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from Utica University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2018 and the CCDP (Cornell Certified Diversity Professional) certification from the Cornell University ILR School in 2020.
