Sarah Miles Griffiths

Sarah Miles Griffiths is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation. Currently serving as Change & Transformation Director and previously as Head of Standards & Compliance at Interserve since January 2012, Sarah has demonstrated leadership in driving organizational change. Prior roles at Compass Group UK & Ireland include Programme Manager and Head of Sales & Retention Support, where responsibilities spanned from 2001 to 2011, starting as Business Change Manager and Project Manager. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of West London and attended Headington School Oxford.
