Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is a seasoned professional in transformation and operational excellence, currently serving as the Transformation & Change Director at British Gas since October 2023. Previously, Christopher held the position of Operations Excellence Director for Europe at Arriva Group from January 2019 to July 2023. Christopher’s extensive experience at Thales spanned from December 2005 to December 2018, including roles such as Head of Transformation - Services Operations (UK) and Operational & Transformation Leader (Europe), along with recognition as the Lean Enterprise Leader. Earlier roles include Operations Improvement Manager at Grunwick Processing Labs and World Class Performance Coach at APW Inc. Christopher's educational background includes a DMS & MA in Management Studies from Kingston University and degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from City of Bristol College and Kingston College.
