The current leadership team at Interserve PLC has a long history with the company. The CEO and Divisional Managing Director, as well as the Divisional Managing Director - Designate, all used to work at RMD Kwikform Ltd, which was acquired by Interserve PLC in 2010. The Commercial Services Director also has a long history with the company, having worked at Lafarge before it was acquired by Interserve PLC in 2015. All of the members of the leadership team have significant experience in the engineering and construction industries, and hold degrees in related fields from prestigious universities.
