Emmanuel MENGA BAMO EMMANUEL is an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as an ICT Officer at INTERSOS since November 2023, Emmanuel previously contributed as a Software Engineer Intern at Sahel Telecom Orange Partner, where the design and development of a CRM platform were completed using technologies such as Laravel and Flutter.
