Lauren Bauer

Lauren Bauer serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Association of Pickleball Players since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships. Additionally, Lauren is involved in Strategic Partnerships at Intersport since December 2021 and has experience as the Director of Business Development at Bagger Racing League from May 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included developing a new racing league concept and managing partnerships. Prior to that, Lauren spent four years at NASCAR, first as Director of Partnership Marketing & Business Development and later as Manager of Consumer Insights & Analytics. Additional experience includes a senior managerial role in Business Intelligence at Feld Entertainment and account management in sponsorships. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and an undergraduate program at Middlesex University.
