Mr. Williams is responsible for all aspects of campus development, with a focus on private partnership opportunities. Mr. Williams works with colleges and universities to provide solutions for new housing, as well as redevelopment opportunities for existing student housing. Mr. William's extensive experience with public-private partnerships provides valuable expertise for partners and brings a unique perspective to the design, construction and operation of the student housing developments.
