Atsu Adali-Mortty

Atsu Adali-Mortty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries, with their most recent role being a Country Sales and Account Manager at Interswitch Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Mutani Technologies from February 2022 to January 2023.

In 2021, Adali-Mortty was involved in sales and client engagement at QodeHub, where they nurtured partnerships with European founders and co-founders of Inc. 5000 companies, as well as pre-seed, seed, series A, B, and C funded startups for subcontracts.

From 2019 to 2020, Adali-Mortty served as a Debt Manager at Kumassah Co. Ltd, where they evaluated safety precautions and operational risk of selected downstream oil and gas products. Atsu also streamlined cash transit, cash deposit, and financial functions, and prepared debt management reports.

In 2018, Adali-Mortty worked as a POS Merchant Acquirer at First National Bank GH, where they onboarded and deployed Point Of Sale (POS) devices faster than standard internal support divisions. Atsu also documented compliance and conducted data related to Know Your Client (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures.

Prior to that, Adali-Mortty was a Marketing Executive at Erstwhile Capital Bank in 2015, where they prospected and signed up current and savings account leads. Atsu also facilitated FinTech transactions and app downloads.

Adali-Mortty started their career as an Audit Executive at Robert Azu & Partners in 2014, where they prepared and interpreted audit reports, management reports, and consolidated statements. Atsu also evaluated clients' internal systems and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Atsu Adali-Mortty obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Finance from the University of Ghana. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from CFI, and various certifications in topics such as data science, machine learning, financial statements, risk modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. These additional certifications were obtained between August 2022 and October 2022.
