Esther Allen has over a decade of work experience in project management and service delivery. Esther started their career in 2009 at MTN as an online customer representative, where they were responsible for translating business plans into quality service delivery and executing sales activities. In 2016, they joined Interswitch Group as a project coordinator, managing internal operations projects and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Over the years, Esther has taken on various roles at Interswitch Group, including service operations/engineer, team lead for service delivery and quality assurance, and currently as a project manager. Their responsibilities have included configuration and implementation assurance, certification and onboarding of services, and resource coordination. Esther has strong attention to detail and excels in planning, documentation, and meeting customer requirements.
Esther Allen completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Physiology at the University of Ilorin from 2002 to 2006. Esther also obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from Harrybaker Training & Consulting in January 2023, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Training Heights in December 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in December 2016. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to project management, brand strategy, digital leadership, and IT service management from institutions such as LinkedIn and AXELOS Global Best Practice.
