Olamide Osonaike

Olamide Osonaike has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. From 2017 to the present, Olamide worked at Interswitch Group as the Team Lead Credit Business, where they were responsible for developing business value propositions, growing the business into new customer and market segments, providing sales and account management activities, developing strong relationships with key customers, tracking business performance, and developing business case documents. From 2007 to 2017, Olamide worked at Skye Bank Plc as the Team Lead Card Business, overseeing card issuance strategy, customer acquisition and retention strategy, new product development, sales and marketing strategy, and unit profitability. From 2005 to 2007, Olamide worked at UBA Group as a Customer Interaction Center Executive, handling customer inquiries, telemarketing bank products, and providing support for various banking divisions. Throughout their career, Olamide has gained extensive knowledge in card issuing operations and has proven expertise in online applications and financial performance reporting.

Olamide Osonaike obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Lagos, graduating in 2002. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Olamide pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university, with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General. In January 2009, Olamide successfully completed the MBA program. In June 2017, Olamide obtained a Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
