Olusesan Ibrahim

Olusesan Ibrahim has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology industry. Olusesan is currently working at Interswitch Group as the Head of Site Reliability Engineering, where they lead a team responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient system performance. Olusesan has implemented best practices and monitoring systems to track system health and reliability metrics. Prior to Interswitch Group, Olusesan Ibrahim worked at UBA Group as the Team Lead Channels Switching Services for UBA Africa, where they played a key role in gathering business requirements and optimizing payment workflows. Olusesan also has experience at Skye Bank Plc, where they developed a platform to simplify integration of Micro-finance banks and spearheaded the administration of the bank's Electronic Funds Transfer systems. Additionally, they have worked at Fidelity Bank PLC as an Electronic Banking Technical Support, driving change and improving the uptime and success rate of payments switching platform services. Olusesan began their career at Computer Warehouse Limited as an ATM Technical Support.

Olusesan Ibrahim completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna from 2002 to 2008. Olusesan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Olusesan Ibrahim has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they received the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum.org. In May 2021, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. In September 2021, they acquired the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained the PCI Qualified Integrator and Reseller (QIR) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council.
