Michael Ojo has extensive work experience in program management and IT roles. MICHAEL is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at Interswitch Group, where they facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coaches team members on Agile principles and practices. Prior to this role, they worked as a Program Manager at Interswitch Group, performing similar responsibilities.

Before joining Interswitch Group, Michael held positions at Precise Financial Systems Ltd. In their role as Deputy Manager, Product Implementation & Support, they were responsible for project budget management, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking and managing project risks. MICHAEL also served as a Supervisor, Product Implementation and Support at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Prolific Microfinance Bank Ltd., where they held roles in IT/MIS and as the Head of IT/E-Business. In these positions, they were accountable for managing the bank's technical infrastructure, formulating IT policies and procedures, coordinating IT projects, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Overall, Michael has developed expertise in program and project management, Agile methodologies, IT infrastructure management, and customer relationship management throughout their work experience.

Michael Ojo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Lagos, graduating in 2008. MICHAEL has also obtained several additional certifications, including Business Analysis Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile; in June 2019, and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist from Emotion City, Lagos Nigeria. MICHAEL also holds an Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate certification. Additionally, Michael is pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
