Toyin Dove-Francis

Toyin Dove-Francis has diverse work experience in risk management and compliance. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Company Secretary for Divine Grace Schools. In 2015, they served as an Audit Trainee at Moses Durodola & CO. From 2016 to 2021, Toyin held multiple roles at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo), including Junior Risk Analyst, Risk Analyst, Operational Risk Analyst, and Internal Control Officer. During this time, they implemented ISO 27001 certification, conducted risk assessments, engaged stakeholders in Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA), and reviewed operational processes. In 2021, Toyin joined Coronation Asset Management as an Enterprise Risk Manager, where they managed various types of risk and ensured compliance with data protection regulations. Currently, in 2022, they work as a Technology Risk Manager at Interswitch Group, monitoring business adherence to internal policies and external regulations and designing risk registers and dashboards. Toyin also develops reporting metrics and reviews the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) controls.

Toyin Dove-Francis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they achieved the following additional certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from PECB in December 2022, ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager from PECB in November 2022, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in October 2022, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in June 2022, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) from ISACA in March 2022, and Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in November 2017.
