Operational Swiss-army Knife at Intertech Consulting

Daisy Durham is a multifaceted culinary professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in the food and beverage industry. Since June 2008, Daisy has operated a boutique catering business as a Private Chef, focusing on complex dietary needs while fostering involvement in the culinary community. Current positions include Assistant Wine Director and Floor Sommelier at Brennan's of Houston, and Chef Instructor at Galveston College, teaching thematic culinary arts classes. Previous roles include catering and event leadership at Marja Custom Catering, front of house coordination at Raven Grill, and significant experience in operational roles at Intertech Consulting, Inc. and Heritage Wines. Daisy holds a BA in French Language and Literature and an MA in History from New Mexico State University, with additional studies in a PhD program at the University of Houston.
