Sharon van Heijningen-Rutte

Sharon van Heijningen-Rutte currently serves as the Head of HR at Intertoys, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Sharon was the HR Director and HR Manager at Sijthoff Media from April 2022 to September 2023 and held the HR Manager role at D-reizen from July 2021 to March 2022. From July 2017 to July 2021, Sharon worked as HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor at D-rt Groep B.V. Sharon began their HR career at NCOI Opleidingsgroep as an HR Advisor from May 2013 to June 2017 and has also held positions as a Personnel Advisor and Reception Manager at Vergouwen Overduin, and as a Junior Policy Officer at De Nederlandsche Bank. Educationally, Sharon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed various professional courses in HR and management.
