Mai L. Nguyen, PhD, is a seasoned policy advisor with extensive experience in health, agriculture, Native American affairs, and public lands while serving in the U.S. House of Representatives since August 2021. Previous roles include legislative assistant and AAAS Congressional Science & Engineering Fellow in the office of Representative Derek Kilmer. At the Eagleton Institute of Politics, Nguyen developed evaluation models for children's mental health and welfare systems.
