Ginger Glaser has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Ginger began their career in 1993 at Minntech Corporation as a Regulatory Affairs Associate. In 1997, they joined American Medical Systems (AMS) as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, eventually rising to Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs. In 2015, they moved to Boston Scientific as Vice President, AMS Quality and FDA Relations. In 2016, they joined Monteris Medical as Chief Technology Officer (retired), Vice President of Engineering, Devices, and Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. In 2020, they became an Independent Director at GI Dynamics and Principal at G2 Consulting Services, Inc. Currently, they are an Independent Director at InterVene, Inc.
Ginger Glaser attended Texas A&M University from 1985 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering. Ginger then returned to Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1992 and earned a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. In 1992, Glaser transferred to the University of Minnesota and studied Biomedical Engineering until 1995. In 2000, Glaser obtained a Regulatory Affairs Certified certification from RAPS.
