Gerald Wade

Gerald Wade's work experience begins in 2013, where they worked as a Teller/Customer Service Representative at Citizen's Bank & Trust Co until September 2014. From September 2014 to August 2015, they served as an Implementations Specialist at MICROS Systems Inc. In April 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Help Desk Analyst at Service Partners, where they stayed until May 2017. In May 2017, they briefly worked as an IT Analyst at Dominion Energy Credit Union. From August 2017 to January 2018, Gerald was an Afterhours NOC Technician at SyCom Technologies. Gerald then became a Lead NOC Technician from January 2018 to August 2020, and subsequently, a Server Systems Engineer from August 2020 to January 2022, both at SyCom Technologies. Currently, they are employed as a System Engineer at InterVision Systems since January 2022.

Gerald Wade completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration from John Tyler Community College between 2010 and 2013. In addition to their degree, Gerald has obtained two certifications from Microsoft: AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert in August 2022 and AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate in October 2021.
