Sarah Nichol has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Sarah started their career as a Client Order Representative at Savvis in 2006, where they efficiently managed client orders, provided support, and ensured timely installations. Sarah then progressed to the role of Client Solutions Manager, where they interacted with clients, addressed concerns, and implemented new client satisfaction methodologies. Sarah also served as a Client Service Partner, where they directed multiple projects and increased repeat business through a client-focused approach.

Sarah later joined CenturyLink as a Territory Support Manager in 2014, where they continued to excel in client support and management. Sarah then moved to Cyxtera Technologies as a Territory Support Manager in 2017, where they partnered with sales executives and engineers, presented quotes and contracts, and addressed client concerns. Sarah recently joined Charter Communications as a BA IT Business Continuity/DR Coordinator in 2019.

In 2019, Sarah joined InterVision Systems as a Client Services Manager, where they currently work.

Sarah Nichol obtained a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Additionally, they received a certification in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
