Terry Nifong has a strong work experience in the field of network engineering and support. From 1999 to 2008, Terry worked at IBM Global Services as a Network Design Engineer/Analyst, where they were responsible for LAN/WAN design, project management, implementation, and account transitions. Terry also managed LAN infrastructure upgrades and network switch refresh integration for a major automotive parts provider. From 2008 to 2019, Terry worked at AT&T as a Senior-Advanced Technical Support Engineer, providing global Tier 3 LAN/WAN/MAN support for managed services and outsourcing. Terry was dedicated to troubleshooting issues on customer's LAN/WAN environments and performed incident isolation, remediation, and technical root cause analysis. Since 2019, Terry has been working at InterVision Systems as a Lead Network Engineer, supporting strategic customer accounts and troubleshooting issues on their LAN/WAN environments. Terry has a strong Cisco knowledge background and expertise in design, routing, switching, load balancing, and transport circuits.

Terry Nifong holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Prior to that, Terry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Information Systems, from the same institution. In terms of certifications, Terry has obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certifications from Cisco Systems. Additionally, Terry has acquired the Silver Peak Deployment Expert (SDX) and Silver Peak Deployment Professional (SDP) certifications from Silver Peak.
