Senior Client Relationship Manager at InterVision Systems

Travis Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Travis started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Area Rental Sales Manager, where they developed and implemented sales strategies and managed a team of employees. In 2007, they transitioned to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as a Territory Manager, responsible for B2B sales and achieving high retention rates.

Travis then joined ExactTarget, a salesforce.com company, in 2008 as a Senior Commercial Account Executive and later became a Client Relationship Manager. In these roles, they worked closely with clients, understanding their business challenges, and developing tailored strategies to achieve success. Travis was also responsible for client adoption, satisfaction, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

In 2015, Travis joined Bluelock as a Relationship Manager, where they led the establishment and development of the Relationship Management function. Travis focused on retaining and growing the client base, implementing renewal procedures, and transforming the company culture to be more client-centric. Following the Bluelock and InterVision Systems acquisition, Travis continued their role as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at InterVision Systems. Travis took on additional responsibilities, including training and onboarding new Relationship Managers and collaborating with the Customer Success Teams.

Travis Wilson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in English Literature from DePauw University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Travis also obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
