Amanda Trubacz

Amanda Trubacz is the VP of Operations at Interware Development. Amanda has over 6 years of experience in management and quality assurance. Amanda started their career at Avid Technology as an Order Management Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for the quality assurance function in Americas Order Management. Amanda also served as the primary point of contact for order submission of revenue generating transactions.

In January 2014, they joined Avid Technology as an Order Management Supervisor. In this role, they managed the QA team members by providing the training, mentoring, and coaching required to be successful in their roles. Amanda also ensured submitted documentation meets the entry criteria. Throughout the life cycle of the deal, they liaised between OM, Sales, Revenue Recognition and other cross-functional partners to ensure all orders were reviewed timely, accurately and completely within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In December 2014, they joined Interware Development as the VP of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for the company's overall operations. Amanda also creates, maintains, and analyzes metrics that will assist the business with managing overall documentation quality.
