At interworks.cloud, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and rolling out the product marketing initiatives and go-to-market plans at a global level for our cloud commerce platform. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary, and dynamic position that requires close collaboration with marketing, customer success and sales teams.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Develop buyer personas using the Ideal Customer Profile derived from customer and prospect data and provide continuous feedback to our Product Growth and Marketing teams.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify and monitor market trends and fit while gathering useful insights and feedback from our Performance Marketing Specialist.

  • Plan, drive, and monitor the go-to-market strategy in the pre-launch and post-launch stages.

  • Draft compelling value proposition messaging for the targeted market.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and monitor progress through KPIs.

  • Create product literature, including sales collateral, product profiles, website content, videos, case studies, etc.

  • Promote the business value of our SaaS product to Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Encourage product adoption and customer retention through value-driven updates, in-app announcements, user guides, newsletters, etc.

  • Gather commercial feedback using usage data, surveys, and customer feedback to update our go-to-market actions and messaging continuously.

  • Conduct competition analysis to ensure relevance with market benchmarks.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to inform customers about new features through webinars, discussion panels, etc.

Our ideal candidate

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing or product management for SaaS applications, ideally in e-commerce, CRM, billing platforms, or subscription management.

  • You combine technical and business know-how of a SaaS platform.

  • You are experienced in owning go-to-market campaigns or account communication plans.

  • You can demonstrate successful copywriting for product marketing assets and campaigns in English.

  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • You are flexible and adaptive, able to dynamically re-prioritize and pivot.

  • You are eager to experiment, learn, and drive continuous improvement.

  • You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to derive deep product insights from data.

  • You are a strategic thinker who can inspire the company with bold and game-changing ideas.

  • You can demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
