Meghan Moseley, MAHRM, MJ has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Meghan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Ethics Officer at inTEST Corporation. Prior to this, they were a Member of the SHRM Executive Network, where they gained exclusive access to research on critical workplace issues and networked with other HR leaders.

Before joining inTEST Corporation and SHRM Executive Network, Meghan worked at ABB, where they held various roles such as Global Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and Hub HRBP. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in labor relations, union engagement, and HR strategy alignment.

Earlier in their career, Meghan worked as an HR Manager at Faurecia Automotive Seating, where they focused on staffing, recruiting, and compliance with audit systems. Meghan also served as a Human Resources Manager at Armstrong World Industries, overseeing HR activities and driving continuous improvement.

Meghan's experience in HR spans over two decades, with multiple years of experience as an HR Manager at various companies. Meghan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Juris Master's degree.

Meghan holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Briar Cliff University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Meghan attended Mississippi University for Women, where they attained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in General Business. Meghan also completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing/Management Technology from Itawamba Community College. Furthermore, Meghan attended Itawamba Agricultural High School.

In terms of further educational certifications, Meghan has obtained several qualifications. Meghan completed the Behavioral Based Interviewing Train the Trainer program at Cubix in March 2019. In the same month, they also completed the Leadership Assessment Facilitator program at Korn Ferry Advance. Additionally, in June 2018, Meghan obtained certification in Unconscious Bias Train the Trainer from Catalyst. Moreover, they completed the DDI Facilitator program at Development Dimensions International in July 2014.

Looking ahead, Meghan is currently pursuing an executive education program at Wharton. Meghan is expected to graduate in 2024 with a CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) specialization.
