Elfego Sanchez

Elfego Sanchez serves as the General Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. since April 2019, overseeing Matamoros Operations. In addition, Elfego holds the position of BUM, Plant Operations Manager at Inteva Products, managing final assembly operations for automotive interiors including brands such as Mercedes, GM, and Tesla since 2015. As Manufacturing Director/Group Manager at Panasonic Automotive since September 2012, responsibilities include SMT, molding, and final assembly operations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Delphi from 1990 to 2012 in various roles, including Site Manufacturing Engineer Manager and Lean and Project Manager, overseeing the transfer of extensive manufacturing lines to another plant. Educational qualifications include a Lean Certification from Toyota Sensei in 2010 and a Master's degree in Administration from UANL, alongside manufacturing engineering and production diplomas from ITESM.
