Eelco van der Meer

Eelco van der Meer is the Owner and Unusual Advisor of Lighthouse Recruitment Services since January 2019, guiding individuals through their career and life journeys. Currently, Eelco also serves as an Unusual Recruitment Advisor for NWO (Dutch Research Council) and has roles with several organizations including Sherpa, Intire, InTheArena, M&I/Partners, Galan Groep, and GalanNXT, focusing on recruitment, growth, and storytelling across various sectors. Eelco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, complemented by earlier academic achievements from Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim.
