Arif Budiarto

Arif Budiarto has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Arif began their career as an Associate Lawyer at Sri Boediarti Tisnadisastra in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Arif then joined PT Bank Mega Tbk. as a Sr. Legal & Litigation SARD from 2009 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Senior Lawyer at HARDY and Associates Law Firm from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Project Legal Manager at Huawei for a short period. Arif then worked as a Legal Expert at PT XL Axiata Tbk from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they joined PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera, Tbk as a Contract Specialist and later became the Dept Head of Legal Ops & Contract Management.

Arif Budiarto obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitas Pancasila in 2000. In 2008, they completed the Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Advokat PERADI, which is an advocate training and education program. The following year, in 2009, Arif Budiarto obtained their Advocate License from PERADI. Later, in 2010, they received training and education for a Receiver Administrative role by Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia. Additionally, they participated in a training and education program for a Capital Market Consultant, which was held by HKHPM, although the specific dates for this program were not provided.
