Hermansyah Bei

Hermansyah Bei has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Hermansyah started their career in 2006 at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, where they held various leadership positions including VP of Infrastructure Development and VP of Network Operation Center. In these roles, they led a team of experienced professionals and was responsible for planning, designing, and implementing network rollouts and expansions. Hermansyah also managed costs and expenses while ensuring optimal quality and service performance. In 2013, they joined Tower Bersama Group as the Division Head of Product Management & Innovation. Finally, in 2015, they became the Chief Technology Officer at PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera, Tbk.

Hermansyah Bei has a diverse education history. Hermansyah began their academic journey in 1988 at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering. This program lasted for five years, concluding in 1993. After gaining a solid foundation in engineering, Hermansyah Bei decided to explore the field of management. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia, earning a Master's degree in General Management. Additionally, during the same period, Hermansyah Bei pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Monash University, which they completed in 2007.
