Anushya Peiris has a diverse work experience that spans from 2005 to present. In 2005, they were a Child Radio Broadcaster for the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Content Creator for YouTube, and as a Streamer for Twitch in 2021. In 2021, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Syntax Genie (Pvt) Ltd. In 2019, they were an English Translator for HKBywater. In 2022, they have worked as a Cybersecurity & Fraud Analyst for Bfore.Ai, a Security Researcher for Bugcrowd and Intigriti, a Jr Penetration Tester & Security Researcher for spiderSilk, and a Cybersecurity Consultant for Trustvault. In these roles, they have achieved tasks such as malware and malicious domain analysis, providing technical support to customers, technical writing, performing host and web application penetration testing, presenting colleagues with the latest security tools, creating reports detailing assessment findings and recommendations, reading and listening to material in the English language and converting it into Sinhalese language, and proofreading translated texts for accuracy.

Anushya Peiris completed a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology Specialising in Data Science at SLIIT from 2019 to 2021.
