Manojkumar J has been working in the cyber security industry since 2020. In 2021, they became the CEO-Chief Executive Officer of Hacker Bro Technologies, where they also work as a Penetration Tester and Trainer. Manojkumar is also the Managing Director of Hacker Bro Technologies, where they work to develop services and solutions to individuals and organizations. In addition, they are a Security Researcher and Penetration Tester for SecureBug, Federacy, Bugbounter, HackenProof, Intigriti, Bugcrowd, and HackerOne. Manojkumar is also a Community Member for keycybr and Cyber4All, and a Community Member and Speaker for Cyber4All.

Manojkumar J completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from S N R Sons College in 2019, with a field of study in Computer Applications. Manojkumar then obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in 2023, with a field of study in Cyber Security.
